So the inundated fact about staying home and experiencing life is like a volume of archetypal hierarchy. There is a constant experience when you are alone and mostly less interaction with people around. Due to COVID 19, our quality and quantitative socialising have dropped considerably with people no matter good or bad. Now we can only speak or talk to them on consistent or inconsistent phone calls, Skype, Zoom, Google talks, Teams. The list is endless. A minute millimetre of something has totally swayed the human race like no other. They say our future lies in the choices we make in the present. So I proactively took this and used the quality time to engage myself in all kinds of online activities and experience what I missed during the days when I was just working a 9-6 job. It was a totally new kind of dimension now. I just kind of experience a new kind of living amidst the pandemic situation. In a way, I thoroughly enjoyed the kind of online courses I got enrolled in at Coursera. This particular website has all the answers for a productive mind.
If you feel bored and lonely and confused about personal and professional issues, improvise your skill. Enrol on a new course and experience the difference. Your time will be so much occupied and above all one won’t have time to worry about anything, and the best part is there are several free courses available at Coursera. If you do not want any certificate and just improvising a skill, you can simply enrol for a free course. It is a great way to engage oneself in something productive,
The next option to get occupied during the COVID19 stay home is to enrol in some yoga programs. The best offered, in my knowledge, is the Inner Engineering program by the Isha Foundation. Click on the link and brace yourself with more details and information. After the Inner Engineering program, one can enrol to complete the IE completion program, known as the Sambhavi Mahamudra. To understand more about meditation and how it really affects our body, I came across this site where there have been relevant details about all the necessary information that one keeps on asking about the effects and experiences with the kriyas and meditation.
Meditation itself is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state.
I would experience all kinds of kriyas, and also the fruits of the kriyas and asanas are totally how one perceives and reciprocates to it.
That being said, it’s time for me to end my blog by saying stay safe, friends and enjoy your home alone or with people proactively, and don’t forget to get vaccinated.
